**About the Opportunity**
We are looking for a pro-active team player, to form part of a high-performance team based in Altona. You will provide superior customer service, end to end order management and support for the commercial team.

Key responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for customers collecting or placing orders
- Create rush orders and delivery documents in the ERP system
- Liaise with freight carriers to ensure efficient delivery of products to our customers and to resolve delivery issues
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Provide feedback to the team to help improve customer service culture, response time and tools to improve staff and customer experience
- Support warehouse team when required
- Participate in stock take processes

**About You**
- Proven customer service skills
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously
- ERP/ CRM Systems knowledge advantageous but not essential (particularly SAP & Salesforce)
- Forklift license preferable, but not essential
