The Edward Meller family leads a close-knit team of employees passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, shoes and accessories from 16 Australian retail stores, comprising of boutiques and David Jones concession locations.

We are seeking an experienced PPT sales associate to help in our Edward Meller concession in David Jones Bourke Street. If you are passionate about customer service and beautiful shoes then this could be the role for you. Must be available Weekends and evenings.

**Duties of role**
- Maintain excellent standards of customer service
- Build and develop customer loyalty
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up issues to resolution
- Merchandising and general store operations

**Skills and experience required**
- Proven experience in retail
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong sales ability
- Experience in achieving sales targets
- Energetic and positive team member
