**About the role**:
This new role for the business will partner with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team and will be accountable for the leadership in strategy development and execution, including planning and execution of priorities and initiatives.

The new Head of Strategy and Execution will inform & influence recommendations for organisational strategic planning and will need to ensure programs are aligned to delivery of value and benefits aligned to the strategy. This role will also lead key programs or projects driving business transformation.

This role requires a deep understanding of the integratedliving’s industry, market, and competitive landscape, as well as an ability to analyse data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Specifically, key accountabilities include**:

- Strategic plan execution - Lead the delivery of the strategy implementation and execution plan, together with supporting program of work.
- Strategic plan development - Facilitate the development and rollout of the strategic plan, including building alignment of the underpinning enabling strategies and business plans to the overall strategic plan.
- Business Transformation Lead - Business lead for various strategic projects that are part of the strategy and implementation plan, particularly relating to execution of programs enabling business transformation.
- Provide leadership to project teams to enable the development and implementation of change or business initiatives.
- Environment intelligence - Undertake environmental/industry/market scanning to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and insights that lead to value creation outcomes.
- Ensure integratedliving has an innovative approach to investment and problem solving.

**The Person**:
To be considered for the position, you will be a strong influencer who demonstrates extensive experience and record of achievements in developing and executing strategic initiatives to achieve company's goals and objectives. Ideally your experience will span across the Healthcare, Not for Profit or Commercial industry sectors.

You will bring experience in working closely with other members of the executive team to develop and implement strategies that align with the organisation's mission and vision. You will have solid leadership and emotional intelligence skills with demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategy through a complex customer-oriented environment through strong transformational leadership, analytical and strategic thinking.

Your strategic commercial capability and experience as a senior leader are underpinned by your ability to model the organisations values. It is essential that you demonstrate superior presentation and communication skills.

Exceptional stakeholder relationship skills will be critical for this role as you will need to develop and foster essential networks and partnerships necessary to achieve organisational objectives through periods of growth and change.
