Working hours are very flexible to fit around your life - even parents who need to drop off/ pick up kids from school. Of course, being happy, self-motivated and the ability to always use common-sense goes a long way. Age not a barrier.

**Job Deliverables**
- Provide warm and thoughtful customer service, creating a memorable experience for clients, ‘wowing’ them in their own homes with sparkling bathrooms and kitchens
- Able to work solo in clients homes if needed - but typically in a 2 or 3 person team.
- Deliver high quality cleaning - dusting, vacuuming, mopping, toilets, showers, mirrors and windows. Training and support is on-going, of course
- Arrive at appointments on time, driving your own vehicle (or one supplied by us if possible) to transport yourself and equipment to job locations.
- Maintain Cleanista’s cleaning equipment and make sure there’s enough cleaning product to complete the cleans.
- Maintain a safe work area, taking no risks on safety. We value staying fit, healthy and safe at work
- Clock-in and out of jobs using our app (eg. must have sufficient phone data)
- Willingness to complete reasonable tasks asked by team leaders or managers.
- Ability to train on-the-go and humbly take on tips and advice from experienced cleaners/trainers

**Skills and Requirements**
- Prior cleaning experience is NOT necessary. Eagerness is, though
- Applicants with strong customer focus and cleaning history is a big plus. Strong work ethic and attitude, highly desirable
- Mobile phone with ability to download and use apps - for clocking in and out of locations and seeing where jobs are on a map.
- Being honest, friendly and eager-to-please. The objective is that each customer loves you and your amazing work Be proud and confident in your abilities.
- A car (hopefully reliable) and Driver’s license.
- Solid organisation and time management skills so all jobs are attended to on-time
- Ethically A++. We don’t cut corners and try to be straight forward and transparent about all parts of our cleans and workalike.
- Legally able to work in the great country of Australia.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
