Reporting to the Senior Manager, L & D within the transformation solutions team and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including SME’s, change teams and the wider L&D group, you will be responsible for:

- designing & building learning content for program release cycles with a dual focus on future state solutions;
- providing expert L&D advice to the design of innovative and creative blended learning solutions, utilising modern, fit for purpose learning design techniques and methodologies to build the learning culture;
- consulting extensively to gather requirements and assess suitability of potential learning solutions;
- gathering and understanding the changes and business challenges through collaborative involvement in process workshops, design & development of learning assets to a detailed build plan and evaluating learning effectiveness

You are an experienced instructional designer with the demonstrated experience of partnering with stakeholders to identify training needs and designing and building learning material for delivery. You thrive on working in a fast-paced, agile, project environment and have outstanding stakeholder management skills.
