Practice Manager

**Adelaide Plains Veterinary Surgery are looking for a Full Time Practice Manager to join our team**

We are a well-established small animal practice situated in Two Wells, South Australia. Our case load is varied and typically fast paced. This includes routine consults, surgery, canine reproduction, advanced orthopaedic and soft tissue procedures, rehabilitation services and CT scanning.

You will work with a caring and experienced team of veterinarians and nurses who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and excellent customer service.

**This role will see you**:

- Providing support for day-to-day operations
- Managing Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Rostering, payroll processing and annual leave coordination
- Coordinating regular team meetings
- Managing equipment maintenance and repairs
- WHS compliance
- Monitoring team and client satisfaction
- Assisting with new team member recruitment and induction
- Supporting the team in their development
