Stirling, Australia Mining Employment Services Full time

MES is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated **Recruitment Consultant** to join our small friendly team at our office in Balcatta.

You will be speaking with our clients regularly to identify opportunities to fill vacancies within their business.

Any previous experience in recruitment and/or sales is highly advantageous

**Position Duties**:

- End to end recruitment for white and blue collar roles, including proactive sourcing, advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking and making offers;
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process;

Roster: Monday - Friday | 8am - 4pm

Remuneration: Base salary + Super + Commission

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
