**About the Role**:
The role of Executive Assistant to the Principal is to provide high level support to the Principal and his direct reports as required to fulfil the strategic and operational objectives of the Office. The position also works closely with the College Rector, the Company Secretary and Chair of the College Board. It offers a high level of autonomy and requires discretion, initiative and sound judgement.

Exceptional levels of professionalism, competence and confidentiality are essential for this senior appointment. The Executive Assistant is expected to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the College Board and its subcommittees, the Province of the Society of Jesus (Australia) and members of our community in contact with the Office.

The position is actively involved in the design, direction and delivery of key events and the management of special projects, involving liaison with people at all levels, internal and external to the College.
