**Partner Services Coordinator, Oceania - TTC Tour Brands**
**The Role**
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this role is responsible for the Coordination of client/partner inside sales services and assisting the Sales Operations Manager in the day-to-day function of Sales and Reservations support across our tour brands Contiki, Trafalgar, Insight, Luxury Gold and Costsaver covering Australia and New Zealand.
Based out of the Bondi Junction Office, with flexible working options available, key responsibilities will include;
- Providing reporting and administrative support to the Sales Managers, Oceania TTC Tour Brands
- Training and assisting other staff as required to proactively use the Salesforce & Tropics reservations systems and functionalities to assist the leadership team
- Collate sales and marketing reports for leadership team
- Assist the business with the organisation of product launches, expos and trade events which may require on-road, evening and weekend activities and/or telesales to agents
- Coordination of brochure and display distribution, invoicing and stock movement together with and ensuring office supplies are fulfilled
- Purchase order and accounts payable administration, in collaboration with finance team
- Assistance delivering administrative support to other departments within TTC Tour Brands as required
**Who we’re looking for;**
- Prior experience working in Reservations/Inside sales/Product highly desirable
- Travel/tourism related or office admin certificate desirable
- Strong destination knowledge of Contiki’s main destinations and trips
- Solid skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and a process-based approach to work
- The ability to work efficiently whilst under pressure with excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Tropics reservations system would be desirable
