**360 Personnel **is actively looking for Production Team Members to join our expanding team in Pinkenba.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preparing and Finishing Galvanized Steel Products**: You will play a vital role in preparing and finishing our Galvanized Steel Products to meet our quality standards.
- **Quality Inspection of Finished Products**: Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure our products meet our stringent quality requirements.
- **Safety Compliance**: Strictly adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- **Hand and Power Tool Operation**: Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools as part of your daily tasks.
- **Forklift Operation**: If you have a Forklift License, your skills will be highly valued.

**Requirements**:

- **Industrial Experience**: Prior experience in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- **Physical Fitness**: You should be physically fit and capable of manual product handling.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication is essential for understanding and following instructions accurately.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Display a strong attention to detail and take initiative in your work.
- **Forklift License (Desirable)**:

- **Previous Production Worker Experience (Desirable)**: Ideally, you have previous experience as an industrial or manufacturing production worker.

**Available Shifts**:

- **AM Shift**: 5am - 1pm with opportunities for overtime and weekend work.
- **PM Shift**: 1pm - 9pm with opportunities for overtime and weekend work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $32.50 - $37.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Eagle Farm, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
