The Schulz family has been farming organically and biodynamically in Timboon for over 50 years. We manufacture our delicious milk right here on the farm and distribute far and wide to our loyal customers. Innovation across the business is something we are proud of as we look to improve our impact on the land and continue providing a premium product to our valued customers. Demand for the Schulz range of product has never been higher.

Set on a 1000 acre farm just on the outskirts of Timboon, our factory is literally connected to our dairy giving us access to the freshest milk possible. We produce a range of dairy products including cheese, butter, milk, cream and yogurts which are distributed locally, throughout Victoria and interstate.

We are a just in time business operating in a fast paced environment supporting the person next to you to get the job done. You will be a valued member of the team and hold a pivotal position in our day to day operations and the growth of our product development.

**What your day will look like**:
A premium product requires a premium driver. That’s you

You will be exceptionally well presented with a high level of customers service and attention to detail delivering customer orders in full and on time.

You will be responsible for the safety, maintenance and presentation of your refrigerated vehicle.

You will maintain the integrity of the dairy product you are delivering.

You will provide feedback to the broader team on damaged product, stock returns, credits needed, customer feedback.

A flagship product of Schulz Organic Dairy is our returnable milk in glass. Your role involves recording and collecting the return stock from our customers.

All deliveries are to be recorded through our internal software program accessible on your phone.

Our customer base ranges from large independent retailers through to small busy cafes. You’ll be required, with the direction and assistance of customer service, to deliver to the appropriate site in the agreed time.

You will become familiar with a few delivery runs across Melbourne and potentially regional Victoria to provide resilience across our team. We know the value a regular driver has for our customers so you will be assigned regular runs as much as possible.

Outside of your delivery run you may be asked to assist the warehouse team in stock management, pick/packing or general warehouse duties as needed to help your team.

**What we need from you**:
Refrigerated (< 5 degrees) 2-3 ton product carrying capacity

Physical capacity to regularly lift up to 10kg

Valid Driver’s License with a clean record

A smart phone

Excellent customer service

High attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions

Early start availability

To think calmly under pressure and solve problems on the go

Computer and mobile phone competent

Exceptional geographical knowledge of Melbourne

Forklift Licence (extra consideration given)

General Maintenance Skills (extra consideration given)
