- Keeping our customers safe and healthy is our top priority. We maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen and front of the shop.
- Our café follows all Gold Coast Eat Safe processes and we strictly adhere to all regulations to ensure the safety and quality of our food.
- Please clean all dishes using the 4-step process and return them to their proper place after each use.
- Please wipe and sanitise all tables to maintain a welcoming and hygienic environment for our customers after each sitting,
- Warming / Toasting & serving of all counter food in accordance to the FG set standards - Both Take Away and Eat-In servings.
- Prepare all cold beverages (Acai/Smoothies) using the correct food safety measures.
- Please check cooler and freezer temperatures three times a day to ensure that the food is stored at the correct temperature for safety and quality.
- Please clear all bins and discard full bin bags in the tip to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- At the close of business, we mop the kitchen floor and pack away all kitchen cutlery in accordance with the GCCC Approved FG Cleaning Schedule to ensure that we maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $28.26 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
