**This could be an opportunity for someone who loves doing a variety of work, who is a natural trouble shooter and loves getting their hands dirty.**

You do not need to be trade qualified to do this role. You will have access to a brand-new workshop with all the bells and whistles and work for an organisation that takes pride in maintaining a state-of-the-art facility.

**Working as part of a small and talented Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for a range of duties including**
- Undertake a variety of proactive and reactive, general maintenance repair including painting, repairs to furniture, fixtures and fittings
- Assist with the management of Helpdesk job tickets.
- Routine inspections
- Perform preventative maintenance where required.
- Assist inhouse trades where necessary.
- Liaise with external contractors.
