Opportunity: The Sales Trainee role is intended to provide intensive sales experience to a recent high school leaver to build basic skills required for a career in Sales. The Trainee will complete a Certificate 3 in while completing. You will be given 1 day a week paid to attend and complete tafe course requirements for the duration of the Traineeship.

The Sales Trainee will ensure that sales projects are executed properly, under the guidance and supervision of senior sales team members.

**Main duties/Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of all approved quotes,
- Communicate with clients to obtain project details.
- Follow up on approved projects.
- Attend scheduled meetings to assess the result of sales and decide on action plans to meet the sales objectives.
- Manage project information from the Netsuite CRM platform.
- Identify and propose to the Management the clients deserving of discount.
- Adequately and timely train the personnel involved in sales and marketing.
- Ensure the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the customer services program.
- Make a report of the agreements established with the customers.
- Follow up on complaints, or problems that arise regarding the quality of the product; and ensure that they are reported to the immediate boss.
- Timely request the materials and elements necessary for the performance of their duties.
- Properly manage the work items delivered.
