Our Care Coordinator will work in a supportive team to ensure that older clients living at home receive the best support and services to enable them to live their best lives.

If you have great skills at organising, if you multi-task and communicate effectively, this is the job for you.

You must like communicating with older people and be approved by our 4-legged office greeter, Bill.

We provide training and ongoing support for the role and the use of a company car.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $37.43 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
