**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Ensuring all vehicles/assets are received, booked in, photographed and uploaded accurately within the required time-frames upon arrival at the branch
- Producing quality digital photographs of assets and other items when booking in as well as documenting features and damage
- Assisting with auction related duties on auction days as well as ensuring the branch is set up for auctions
- Delivering outstanding service to vendors and buyers
- Maintaining a safe, productive and enjoyable work environment and adhere to WHS procedures
- Teaming effectively with other departments

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Current Australian manual driver’s licence (essential)
- Current Forklift licence (desirable)
- Basic knowledge of vehicles or experience in a similar role/industry
- Basic customer service and computer skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
- Available to work some overtime as required
