Carport and Verandah Site Assistant

We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team as Carport and Verandah / Site Assistant. In this full-time role, you will assist in the workflow of material estimations and drawings for Carport and Verandah Contracts and attend to onsite maintenance requirements.
**As a Carport and Verandah Site Assistant you will possess the following**:
In this role you will be required to:
- Have sound knowledge of Building Construction Steel structure methodology
- Work with the Operations/Production office in all processes relating to contracts
- Provide technical support to customers
- Coordinate and attend to site maintenance requirements
- Contribute to the accurate estimation of Box Beam/Carports and Verandahs
- Assist in the drafting of detailed production drawings of structural componentry
- Liaise with suppliers
- Ensure quality control and compliance
- Knowledge of production lead times and schedules
- Working knowledge of CAD (desirable)
