Hotel Receptionist

Springwood Tower Apartment Hotel is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our small, close knit team. This position involves all aspects of a Front Office Reception role and includes full training.

Key Duties:

- Providing friendly, personalised customer service
- Responding to enquiries
- Processing reservations
- Assisting guests and residential tenants
- General administration tasks
- Will have strong communication skills
- Is customer oriented
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Available for AM & PM shifts, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
- Have reliable transport

Preferred, but not required:

- Prior experience in a Hotel or Admin role
- Experience with RMS and Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
