**About the business**

Therabees is a private paediatric allied health business offering multidisciplinary services such as Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology.
Our services span across 2 clinics in Glynde and Salisbury and as a mobile service throughout the Eastern, North and Northeastern suburbs. Our team consists of 22 dedicated people who excel at providing an excellent service and want to make a difference to the lives of children and their caregivers.

**About the role**

You will work alongside our allied health team to provide individual and joint assessment and therapy interventions, with a mixed case load ranging from infants to teens. Typical caseloads involve working with children who are neurodivergent, have a neurological disability or have development delay with ages ranging from 0-18 years. If mixed caseloads aren't your thing and you prefer to specialise in a particular area we may be able to accommodate that. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, tailoring and implementing custom programs for each child and liaising directly with clients and their caregivers. Therapy interventions can be delivered in various locations including clinics, homes, schools or swimming pools

**Are you the right fit for us?**

Bachelors Degree or Master's Degree in Disability Studies
Be neuro-affirming and strengths based in your approach
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport
Working with Children Clearance
Proven ability to work alone and within a team and use initiative
Willingness to learn and strong desire for continued professional development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Have excellent communication skills to work within a team
Must be friendly, great with children, a people's person and most importantly **FUN**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract
Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
