**About the role**

We have a full-time position available within our Craigieburn Paint Spot store for a Salesperson who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service, advice and product solutions to our customers.

We are seeking a sales-focused individual who is passionate about customer service and would like to work in a colourful and inspiring workplace. If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and the ability work Saturdays on a rotating roster then this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing an exemplary customer experience to all our customers
- Provide product knowledge in the areas of paint and other coatings
- Accurately mix and tint product, including colour matching
- Cash handling / EFTPOS

**Skills & Experience**

You are confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers and clients. You are able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in store at times.
- Solution oriented mind set, with the ability to problem solve Customer issues
- A can-do attitude and passion for customer service
- Enjoy building relationships and approaching customers in store
- Have experience in a customer facing role
