Editorial Co-ordinator

**What’s the role?**

Stellar is seeking a dynamic and highly-organised editorial co-ordinator to join its team. The successful applicant will be responsible for all administrative tasks for the titles and also act as an assistant to the editor-in-chief.

**Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Being the point of contact for all Stellar reader enquiries (and representing the brand accordingly)
- Distributing mail, filing, organising catering, managing the reader feedback inbox, ordering stationery and handing IT issues
- Working closely with the editor-in-chief to manage her diary, co-ordinate meetings and handle administrative tasks on her behalf
- Supporting the fashion team by assisting with clothing returns and attending photo shoots where required
- Booking and organising staff travel
- Managing the weekly editorial budget including processing invoices and setting up new suppliers
- Supporting senior members of the team as required, including transcribing and research
- Recruiting and managing interns
- Assisting the digital editor in building content for online
- Edit and distribute the weekly press release for the magazine

**Who are you?**
- You are confident and comfortable performing administrative duties
- You have an ability to work under pressure whilst also maintaining a high level of accuracy
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to set and work to priorities and deadlines
- A natural problem solver that looks for innovative solutions that will create efficiency and cohesion for the team
- Experience in the media industry and in a fast-paced position will be beneficial.
