Aldersgate Residential Aged Care was established in 1944 and is home to 115 people. The historic Forsyth House sits at the centre of the grounds. There are landscaped gardens to enjoy, surrounded by nine houses and cottages. It also has the only Specialist Care Dementia Unit (SDCU) in SA.

We are seeking a part time Housekeeping Attendant to join our team 4 days a week, plus the option to pick up additional shifts during staff leave.

**About the role**

Key duties and responsibilities include:

- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, rubbish removal
- Ensuring a high standard of cleaning in designated areas

**About You**
- To demonstrate a high level of respect for residents’ property and privacy
- Have previous experience cleaning in an organisation or commercial environment
- Have sound knowledge of WH&S procedures, relevant chemicals and safe work practices
- Have an understanding of infection control procedures
- Work effectively and efficiently with mínimal supervision as required and as part of a team
- A current flu vaccination and be prepared to meet this annual requirement
- A current COVID-19 vaccination
