**Position Information**:
Quakers Hill High School is a co-educational high school situated in the North-West of Sydney and is one of four schools forming the Nirimba Collegiate group. In 2021, Quakers Hill High School began the transition to a full Year 7-12 campus, with Year 11 commencing in 2021 and the first Year 12 commenced this year. The teaching and support staff are vibrant, enthusiastic, and work collaboratively with the school community to provide a quality learning environment. It has an enrolment of 860 students, 32% are from a language background other than English and 39 are Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. A Support Unit, comprising of 2 classes for students with autism spectrum disorder and 2 multi-categorical classes, is a vital element of our school community. The school places heavy emphasis on future focused learning and Positive Behaviour for Learning programs as well as creative and performing arts and sporting initiatives. Quakers Hill High School has embedded strong literacy and numeracy programs throughout all key learning areas. The school implemented a Bring Your Own Device program, initially with Years 7, 9 and 11 and extended to all year groups in 2022.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Approval to teach Technology Mandatory (Years 7-8), Design and Technology and Graphics Technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively with members of the TAS faculty and contribute to the development of innovative programs.
- Capacity to integrate technology into effective classroom practice.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff and the wider community.
