**Civil Construction Foreman**

**Salary - $120k + Company car + Superannuation.**

**_APG CIVIL_**_ is the Civil/Construction/Rail/Trades division of _**_APG Workforce_**_. Our management professionals work closely with our clients to understand the workforce requirements across their sites to ensure we can mobilize available trades in line with activities, projects, budgets and deadlines._

Due to company growth and expansion, our client, who specializes in civil projects including road and laneway reconstruction, car parks, footpaths, streetscapes, hard and soft landscaping, drainage and services installation is looking for a Civil Construction Foreman on a permanent basis.

**What does this role entail?**

**Full time** hours **40hrs** **+ per week**

**Day shift 6.30am - 3.30pm/4.00pm** Weekly
- Head office is based in **Coburg**, but you will be based at sites located all over metropolitan Melbourne.
- You will lead a team of 4 -6 permanent employees as well as manage subcontracted crews
- Your role will involve, organizing sites, Quality control, running crews, organizing materials, daily diary management and recording of materials used and hours worked.
- You must have experience in running and organizing sites that range from $30k to $1 million. You must have hand and power tool experience and be hands on in this role.
- You must have a current **white card** and current **driver’s license**.
- It is preferred (But not essential) that you also have the following licenses
- Excavator
- HR License
- Skid Steer
- Roller tickets
