**About the role**
You will be responsible for industry leading experience through service provision to all stakeholders who have cause to engage Mineral Resources facilities, plus direct functional teams in order to maximise user experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Rostering/scheduling - ensuring security rosters provide 24/7 coverage of Walters Drive facilities. Scope needs to ensure sufficient manning to facilitate and control necessary access
- Transport Coordination ensure up to date information on transport options for MRL employees, maintain updates and provide advice
- Professional execution of service to surpass user expectations. Communicate and direct functional teams in a manner that acknowledges the service priority, whilst still promoting teamwork and culture
- Responsible for reporting, recording and managing accidents/incidents according to MRL guidelines in cooperation with the Security team and Facilities Management
- Comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and statutory obligations
- Ensure consumables required for optimum function of Facilities Office, Security Office and Concierge Front Desk are efficiently ordered to support uninterrupted supply
- Manage recruiting, training, and onboarding of security personnel to maintain coverage, customer service standards and duty of care obligations
- Contribute as directed to administrative tasks which support Facilities function, the NPI team and the broader MRL business
- Promote a team culture through mentoring, coaching and inclusion - contribute to performance management in accordance with legal obligations
**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Certifications in Business Administration/Management _(desirable)_
- 5 years’ experience demonstrating leadership, management and customer service execution in Hotel businesses or similar
- 5 years’ experience in managing support systems as they relate to access, purchasing, service provision and business administration
- Demonstrated effect of training and knowledge sharing
- Demonstrated effect of communication given scale and complex business structures
- An inclusive, cooperative mindset which underpins teamwork, supports culture and promotes retention
