**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This person will directly report to the Contracts Manager and will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners within a key client contract.
- Immediate Start
- Being willing and able to pass a National Police Check
- If not already possess a Working With Children Check, must attain a WWCC
- Competitive Salary

**We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual for the position of Cleaning/Site Supervisor.**

The position will focus on profitable contract management, whilst ensuring services are delivered to the specified quality standard and to enhance the company's reputation as a premium service provider and risk manager.**Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities**

The role will involve:

- 1. Understanding our contractual responsibilities in servicing the contract.
- 2. Building relationships with our customers and responding to their requirements.
- 3. Implementing and managing a successful team around you to achieve contractual KPIs.
- 4. Ensuring that services are delivered within our framework for occupational health, safety and sustainability.
- 5. Maximising company profitability in achieving the above.
- 6. Client Liaison
- 7. Daily Quality Assurance Inspections
- 8. Rostering and organising cleaners for the daily cleaning requirements**Skills/Experience Required**- Strong organisational skills
- Good relationship building skills
- Good project management
- Basic competence in Microsoft Office software i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel

**Work Hours**
Customer requirements run from the start of the business day until late into the evening when cleaning shifts are completed.
Full time between the hours 2.00pm-10.00pm
