**The Opportunity**:
Embark on an exciting journey with Komatsu in the role of Remarketing Operations Supervisor for Used Equipment This opportunity immerses you in the machinery world, where you'll take the helm of operational activities, repairs, and cost management within our Remarketing division. Your mission? Elevate machine standards, enhance market value, and bolster margins, all while working closely alongside our Rental department. Whilst your home base will be at our Sherwood facility, your domain spans throughout Northern QLD supporting our remarketing operations at various locations including Mackay. Gladstone, Rockhampton, Emerald & Townsville, where you'll oversee the processing of used equipment, lead repairs, conduct quality assessments, and engage with customers.

Equipped with skills in efficient equipment planning, customer-focused collaborations, and precise record-keeping, you'll ensure our sales yard maintains a pristine appearance and adheres to safety standards. Meanwhile, you'll maintain a vigilant eye on workshop activities for compliance, pinpointing performance gaps and recommending staff training to keep the team operating at its peak.

**Roster**: Monday - Friday

**What we are looking for**:

- Trade or Engineering qualifications with relevant experience
- Strong technical expertise with Komatsu and other equipment brands
- Proficient in developing repair quotes and cost estimates
- Skilled in project planning, prioritization, and coordination
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and stock management software
- Strong negotiation skills and team leadership ability
- Safety-conscious with experience in developing safety procedures.
