**About the Role**

As a key member of the Implementation and Improvement Unit (IIU) at Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN), this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting strategic decision-making at the highest level. You’ll work closely with CALHN’s senior executive team, providing expert advice and delivering high-quality analysis, correspondence and insights that shape organisational direction. This dynamic position calls for someone who is proactive, adaptable and able to confidently manage complexity in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll lead complex data analysis, benchmarking and best practice reviews to inform critical projects and initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing high-level executive briefings, presentations and reports, as well as leading the creation and evaluation of policy, procedures and systems that address sensitive, system-wide challenges. **About You**

You are a proactive and adaptable professional with a strong background in planning, analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Your ability to manage complex workloads, navigate sensitive issues, and deliver strategic outcomes makes you a valuable contributor to system-level improvement.
- **Strategic Thinker & Project Leader**: Demonstrated success in planning, managing and delivering complex projects, developing strategic plans, and translating them into action.
- **Strong Communicator & Relationship Builder**: High-level written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully across all levels and negotiate effective outcomes.
- **Analytical & Research Expertise**: Proven experience in data analysis, report writing, and research to support evidence-based recommendations and service development.
