- Work on the road servicing Believe Housing properties across the Western and Northern suburbs.
- Provided a fully kitted-out van.

**Who are we looking for?**:
We are seeking a maintenance person to provide general maintenance to our properties, including basic plumbing, basic carpentry, patch and paint, replacing door locks and handles, etc. We are looking for an all-rounder that enjoys all elements of maintenance.

You will be able to operate quickly in a high paced environment, have a professional positive attitude, ability to engage well with customers and know your way around documentation.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Perform basic tasks in carpentry and general maintenance.
- Patch and paint, replace door handles and locks.
- Capture maintenance tasks involving reasonable timeframes, outcomes and budgets
- Ensure all equipment is operated and serviced in accordance with site procedures and/or manufacturer's instructions
- Consistently act in a professional and friendly manner with Believe Housing tenants and staff.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Technical skills/ qualifications relevant to the role, and/or substantial relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge of property and asset maintenance
- Proven ability to be flexible, solution focused and to value diversity and difference using a range of models and approaches
- High level of written and verbal communication skills as well as proven strengths in negotiation, collaboration, networking, report writing, lateral thinking and problem solving.
