**Boilermaker**:
The Role

We're seeking experienced Underground Boilermakers to join our team, specialising in paste reticulation systems and underground fixed plant maintenance within Western Australia. This role plays a key part in keeping critical mining operations running safely and efficiently.

Duties include but not limited to;
- Fabricate, weld, and install steel structures, piping, and equipment in underground mining environments.
- Maintain and repair paste reticulation systems.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance, inspections, and breakdown repairs on underground fixed plant.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
- Carry out welding, cutting, and fabrication to support underground operations.
- Identify and report hazards, defects, or potential failures to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to minimise downtime and maximise production.
- Actively participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Pastefill Coordinator.

About you
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Boiler making / Metal Fabrication.
- Experience working in underground mining or heavy industrial environments.
- Demonstrated experience with paste reticulation systems or similar piping/infrastructure is desirable.
- Proficiency in MMA and MIG welding and fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Current manual driver's license (HR/MC desirable).
- Confined Space, Working at Heights, and EWP tickets desirable.
- National Police Clearance is required prior to background checks commencing.
- Strong commitment to safety and hazard management in underground environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to maintenance.
