About the role
Want to be part of a fun and energetic team focused on the future growth of Sunnyfield? Our new Cessnock hub provides a dynamic environment to make a difference to the clients we support. This role will see you working across a variety of Sunnyfield’s programs, supporting clients with capacity building and training.
Key focus:
- Supporting the design and implementation of capacity building programs
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, service delivery partners and families
- Coordinate staff rosters and assist with payroll and billing
- Managing incidents and conflict as they arise, including debriefing, reporting and engaging with response teams
- Managing community support team members
About you
You are passionate about making a difference As a positive and energetic person you want to contribute and generate new ideas. You want to be part of a fun and dynamic environment, so teamwork is something you love. You have a flair for creativity, whilst also being organised. You will demonstrate the ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with people.
