**About us**

CMBM Facility Services (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a well-established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning company, enjoying continued growth throughout the state.

**About the role**

The position is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for all visitors, staff, and stakeholders to Port of Brisbane.

**2 days available with possibility of moving to 5 days.**

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Strict compliance with all CMBM and Client's rules, policies and procedures
- Ensure common areas are kept clean and tidy
- Tidy up bathrooms and kitchen areas
- Ad-hoc cleaning as requires (spot cleaning of glass, dusting)
- Manage re-ordering stock when necessary
- Handle inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently

The successful applicant must have a current QLD driver’s license, reliable transportation, and preferably be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible to get MSIC. A satisfactory recent Police Criminal History Check will be necessary.

**Salary**: $30.09 - $33.70 per hour
