We are looking for experienced Home Care Support Workers who are enthusiastic about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service in Aged Care. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home and also improve their social lives, making them feel like they belong and are part of society.

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

**Support Care Workers**:

- Mascot & Surrounding areas

What does your new role look like?
- Providing support to clients with domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Experienced care workers assist customers with personal care support including, showering, toileting, feeding assistance and help with transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
- Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with clients and their families
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe
- Reporting any issues or changes in the customer’s health and well-being through the appropriate channels and protocols

**About You**
- Minimum 2 year or above experience is required for this role
- Valid WWCC (working with children check)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (preferred)
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Covid-19 Vaccination Cert
- Applicants at the time of their interview will be required to provide **two professional references.**

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: From $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
