Cleaner / Laundry Assistant

We are looking for passionate and experienced Hotel Services Workers to join our existing team at Reynella Lodge. If successful, you will be required to work within the Laundry and Cleaning teams. So if you have experience across any of these areas and are committed to contributing to our residents' wellbeing experience - this is the role for you

**To be considered for the role, you will**:

- Possess relevant experience working within a commercial laundry and/or cleaning environment
- Demonstrate experience as a cleaner and demonstrate high standards of cleaning in either a domestic or commercial environment.
- Willingness to learn the Life Care Way and positively engage in our vibrant workplace culture.
- Have a genuine respect and empathy for the elderly and willingness to engage with our residents on a daily basis.
- Be a friendly and flexible team member with a positive "can do" attitude
- Demonstrate flexibility and capacity to cover shifts over a 7 day roster
- Be available at short notice for shifts to support the Hotel Services team as required.

**What we need from you**:

- Evidence of a Seasonal Flu & COVID-19 Vaccinations
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one) to work in aged care

This is a fantastic opportunity for a person who wants to join a great team and work within the aged care environment. Those with specific experience within Residential Aged Care would be favourably considered.
