**Who we are**

Total Aqua is a 25 year old family owned business providing pure filtered water to homes, offices, and workshops throughout Perth and Mandurah with our range of water treatment products, specialising in undersink water purifiers.


**What the role is**

As a Water Filter Service Technician, you’ll be on the road visiting our customers and doing routine maintenance on their Total Aqua water filter systems. We’ll provide you with an automatic van with all the necessary tools, as well as training on the products. You'll bring a customer focused personality, have an ability to work independently and problem solve where necessary, plus be neat and presentable to be welcomed into our customers' homes and businesses, including being a non-smoker with clean driving licence.

The work is not messy but still moderately physical — experience with plumbing or drinking water filtration is favourable but not essential.


**Requirements**:

- Good customer skills and be presentable.
- Some technical experience in water treatment, plumbing, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be methodical and neat in their work
- Must have a clean driving record.


**Responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, and repair water filtration systems for residential and commercial customers.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance and water quality.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with water filters and implement effective solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and educating customers on proper system usage.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
