We are currently recruiting for a Trainee that will work at the Retail Branch in Tanunda.
**About the role**
**Role Location**: Tanunda, SA
**Role Type**:Full Time
**Shift Schedule**: 38 hours per week
**As a Banking Consultant, your duties will include**:
- Provide end-to-end banking needs
- Deliver high end customer service and a seamless branch experience
- Educate customers on digital solutions
- Accomplish transaction activities
- Work collaboratively within a team to accomplish business targets
- Attend to additional general enquiries
**About You**:
- Role models a strong customer focus
- Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Proactive, shows initiative
- Active user and promoter of technology
**As a Trainee you will**:
- Receive an income while gaining valuable experience in the banking industry (National Traineeship Award wages apply)
- Study towards a **Certificate III in Financial Services**:
- Be supported by a dedicated team and mentors
- Have the opportunity to develop excellent customer service and sales skills
- Be trained by experienced branch staff to learn more about ANZ's retail banking products and services
