
Student Support Services Coordinator- Part Time

The role involves delivering a broad spectrum of student administration services, including but not limited to:
- Planning and executing fee collection activities to recover outstanding dues, including managing payment plans and generating reports on non-payment, in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting compliance and quality assurance through the maintenance of accurate and consistent data across systems, development, and implementation of processes, and reporting to ensure compliance with student administration functions per organizational and regulatory standards.
- Offering communication and project support related to fees, compliance, and other student administration functions.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance continuous improvement in student administration services.
- Processing tasks meticulously to maintain accurate student information in all relevant systems.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, reports, etc.
- Undertaking any additional responsibilities relevant to the role.
- The role requires adherence to the National Code, ESOS Act, and the policies and procedures of Study of Australian Technologies and Healthcare Education Pty Ltd. Additionally, the role involves the use of PRISMS, Student Management Systems, and Learning Management Systems for processing student administration tasks.
**Selection Criteria**:
- Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience**:
- A degree with relevant experience in the education sector.
- Knowledge of the international student lifecycle, from commencement to graduation.
- An understanding of and commitment to equity and workplace health and safety principles.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced planning, organizing, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ICT, particularly in the Microsoft Suite (with advanced Excel skills), and the ability to quickly learn student management systems.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the education sector.
- Experience working with student management databases and electronic systems.
- Knowledge of the ESOS Act and associated legislation.
