Opening in the much anticipated URBNSURF precinct, we're bringing RAFI to Sydney Olympic Park Sitting proudly on Level 1 of the main building, we welcome a second location for Applejack’s hatted restaurant, RAFI. The premium 200-person restaurant will maintain the brand ethos of its North Sydney counterpart, with a surf twist._

Join the pre-opening team as an Assistant Manager

**What we'd love from you**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a restaurant dining environment
- A solid understanding of restaurant operations, sequence of service, including great product knowledge or the eagerness to keep learning across both food and beverage.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- A team-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for delighting everyone who walks through our doors
