Our brand is Australia’s leading brand for all things involving skate, including apparel, footwear and accessories. You often see our brand's product worn by professional skaters on the big stage.

You will lead a team of up to 15 casuals and an Assistant Store Manager in their busiest outlet store. Our store is right near the head office, so you will be constantly surrounded by people who want nothing but you to succeed.

**What’s required for the role**:

- Leading from the front, being on the shop floor driving an exceptional customer service experience consistently.
- Creating a motivating and engaging culture within the store, where team members are driven to achieve sales and KPI’s.
- The ability to manage day to day operations of a store including adherence to visual merchandising standards, loss prevention control and exceptional store standards.

**About you**:

- An experienced Retail Manager with a history in streetwear, apparel, sport retail.
- Someone who can lead a team of up to 15 and a history of working in an outlet store before.
- Experience in KPI reporting, rostering, inventory management and training and development of staff.
