**THE ROLE**

We are SO excited to be recruiting at **The RMW GROUP **for an energetic, confident AND creative **RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR** to lead our restaurant team.

You will be someone who can **think outside of the box and motivate their team **to be successful in delivering the kind of customer service that leads to lots of 5* reviews

**Communication** is your love language - you’re so damn great at it. You get your point across, fast and you come alive under pressure, your ability to think on your feet and problem solve without breaking a sweat is a badge you wear with pride.

This is a hands-on role working closely with all departments to achieve one goal and one goal only - to have fun while delivering an applause worthy customer experience for all of our guests.

The group currently includes some of the northern suburb’s favourite venues; The Woodvale Tavern, The Kingsley Tavern and The Duke Bar and Bistro, The Currambine Bar & Bistro. The RMW team is comprised of passionate hospitality professionals who are all trained to deliver excellent service, and we want you to be part of the team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.10 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
