We are seeking an experienced AskHR Coordinator to join the Commercial team, reporting directly to the AskHR Team Leader, on a fixed term contract until April, 2026.

The AskHR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the efficient operations of the People & Culture team by coordinating and delivering a range of HR activities with a focus on HR system administration, onboarding, employment contract management, records maintenance, compliance management, general HR enquiries including award interpretation and
reporting.

**‘A week in the life’**
- Monitor and respond to HR queries in an appropriate and timely manner, escalating/delegating where appropriate.
- Produce and maintain a range of HR documentation including employment contracts, contract variations and ad hoc letters.
- Produce and maintain guides, procedures, templates, flow charts, organisational charts, reports and other workforce related documentation as required.
- Manage incoming telephone queries to the general HR phone line
- Update and maintain HR systems and files to ensure governance and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, meeting quality and time requirements.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives including administrative support and SME advice on P&C processes.
- Explain polices, procedures and practices of the job to other areas within the organisation including working to gain corporation of other parties on practices, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain and manager movement of internal Key Personnel and support in the collation and submission of all required documentation.
- Support the HR team in the development of HR tools and systems.
- Maintain excellent HR customer service and build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

**What do we need from you?**
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources would be highly regarded.
- Experience gained in a similar role including the navigation of multiple platforms.
- Solid experience in administration.
- Problem solving skills.
- Confidence in decision making within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills
- Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
