**Our FlexiSpace Teacher will ideally be**: - An experienced teacher with expertise in, or knowledge of inclusive practice; or a teacher who is committed to rapidly developing their skills and knowledge of inclusive practices;
- Committed to ensuring students achieve quality educational outcomes by providing uninterrupted access to the curriculum; and high-impact teaching
- Plan and implement the Australian curriculum focussing on English or Maths up to Year 9 level, but initially for Year 8, and is able to show a clear understanding of the achievement standards, moderation processes and differentiation
- Committed to differentiating teaching practice and educational program delivery to meet student needs;
- Implement case management processes and individual support plans to track students' progress
- Ability to work effectively within a team by ensuring effective communication, liaising with support services and external providers
- Committed to using and sharing inclusive teaching sharing teaching, differentiation and engagement practices with all staff;
- Committed to working with parents/carers, internal support staff and external agencies to support student learning, engagement and wellbeing.
