**About the Role**

We are currently seeking the talents of an experienced Sterilisation Manager / Team Leader who can provide leadership support to our sterilisation team.

**Warringal Private Operating Theatres currently consists of 11 Operating theatres, with an additional 3 to open March 2025.**

**Your Skills and Experience**

To succeed in this role, your communication and leadership skills will allow you to inspire, motivate and mentor your team.

**_ Other criteria;_**
- Highly experienced Instrument Technician with Sterilising Practice for Technicians, or equivalent qualification, awarded by a registered training organization.
- Relevant Nursing Registration with APHRA OR highly experienced Instrument Technician with Understanding requirements of AS/NZS 5369/2023
- Previous experience within a management or leadership role is essential
- 3 years minimum experience within a sterilisation team or unit of 5 or more theatres.
- Certificate IV in Health -Sterilisation Services
- Ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human and capital resources.

**Remuneration**:On offer is base hourly ranging from $41.76 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualifications.
