**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team in Acacia Ridge to support all aspects of the parts department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts and accessories for their requirements.
- Provide expert advice on parts compatibility, functionality, and installation.
- Ensure the delivery of a proficient over-the-phone service that attends to all calls politely and supportively.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet demand.
- Customer enquiries orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Process customer credit policies and procedures are correctly implemented.
- Process warranty claims in accordance with the company procedures
- Collaborate with the service and sales teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Process orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Sound knowledge of parts and accessories in the Heavy Machinery industry.
- Previous experience with CAT parts is desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
- Proficient computer skills in inventory management and order processing.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
