The establishment emanates genuine passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Restaurant All-Rounder/Bartender.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant All-Rounder who can also handle bar duties within our cafe/restaurant. While we don't expect the bar to be super busy, cocktail experience is preferred. The role will involve working both behind the bar and on the floor, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
- Assist with food service, including taking orders, serving dishes, and clearing tables as required.
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, drinks, and beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working as a bartender, with a strong understanding of cocktail preparation and mixology is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairing is a plus.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., RSA) or the willingness to obtain is essential.

**Employment Type**: Casual and Full-Time positions available.
