The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance services at an Retirement Village located in Bunbury. You will work autonomously to maintain high standards, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
This role is Part-Time with flexible working hours Monday to Friday, between 8.00am and 4.00pm.

This position will be based in the Bunbury region.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Provide repairs and maintenance services including changing light bulbs, fixing broken furniture, addressing minor repairs and replacements.
- Work without supervision to proactively anticipate and resolve issues.
- Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships.
- Adhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures.
**To be considered for this role you will**:
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Ability to multi-task; work reliably with limited supervision and make sound decisions quickly.
- Valid driver’s licence
- Willing to undergo a police check
- Currently have or be willing to obtain 3 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
- Be willing to receive yearly Flu vaccinations
