**About the Role**

You’ll be an essential part of keeping our finances on track, handling the day-to-day operations of our accounts payable ledgers. From setting up new suppliers & ensuring accurate invoice processing in the ERP, to making sure payments go out on time, you’ll be the go-to person for all things AP.

**In this role, you’ll be**:

- Executing the day-to-day operations of accounts payable for our construction projects
- Accurately setting up new suppliers and recording their invoices
- Making sure suppliers are paid on time
- Working with suppliers and internal teams to sort out any invoice or payment discrepancies
- Owning the month-end close process for the Payables Ledger
- Reconciling all bank accounts like a finance whiz
- Supporting the finance team with month-end processes and handling weekly/ad-hoc payments
- Analysing and reporting on AP results, including creditor aging

**Roster**: Monday - Friday

**Location**:Monford Head Office, Perth

**About You**

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Minimum of 12 months experience in an accounts payable or accounts receivable role.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
