Due to massive growth in their business, they are looking for a proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join their fantastic team of 6 Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will have a broad and varied range of responsibilities including:

- Processing daily bank transfers and weekly payment runs
- Attend to and process business support activities such as queue management, enquiries, coding invoices
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage and support internal and external stakeholder queries in line with process and policy
- Processing daily bank transfers and weekly payment runs
- Assess and approve staff reimbursement claims
- Assist with ad hoc finance admin duties

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will ideally have previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, and be looking to expand your accounting skillset and career. You must be task focused, have excellent communication skills and be a strong problem solver. The ability to multi-task, take initiative and self-motivate is also required to be successful.
