Volvo Cars Brisbane North is currently seeking a well-presented, enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist to join our team, located in Fortitude Valley. This position will assist customers in the cafe' and lounge areas, manage incoming phone calls and provide administrative support.
- An exceptional customer service focus with proven experience in a customer facing position
- Experience working in a fast paced Reception/Customer Service environment
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Demonstrated Café or barista experience is highly desirable
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and Switchboard programs
- Experience within and/or knowledge of automotive industry will be looked upon favourably._
