Ellenbrook School of Early Learning is a family owned and operated service in Ellenbrook WA, with a focus on providing not only the best education and care to children, but a safe, positive work environment for our educators.

Our founder, Ann Marie Chemello has been apart of the Early Childhood sector for over 25 years, and believes in a hands on approach through her leadership. Upper management including our owners are apart of our everyday operations, Ann Marie (Service Provider) is available directly to all educators at all times.

Management comprises of 3 Early Childhood Teachers who are available for guidance, mentoring and professional development. A full time off the floor educational leader to support our educators on the floor.

Our team takes pride and is well experienced in developing strong relationships with the families at our service to offer continuous support as well as positive partnersh. With passion and guidance from our Educational Leader our educators create warm and exciting learning environments that allow our children to grow, learn and develop in their own way.

**About the role**

We are looking for a passionate Certificate 3, Qualified educator or Early Childhood Teacher to join a fantastic team and bring excitement and joy to our early learning service. Newly qualified Educators are encouraged to apply. This role is 37.5 hours per week. We are flexible with working arrangements, working hours are between 6.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

**The successful applicant will possess the following;**
- A current Working With Children Check
- Certificate 3, Diploma in Children's services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA equivalent
- Current First-Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
- A positive attitude
- A true love and passion for working with children
- Reliable and dedicated
- Have an understanding of play based learning and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Be hardworking and use initiative
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with families
- Be a genuine team player
- Can use team collaboration and personal refection in a positive constructive manner

**Salary**: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour
